MGKK Daerah Hilir Perak Education Fair 2026

Event Details

OBJECTIVE 
To provide information and counseling on further education for upper-secondary students, especially SPM students.

ORGANISER 
The event is organised by Majlis Guru Kaunseling Kebangsaan (MGKK), and managed by FSI.

PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS (15):
SMK Convent Teluk Intan, SMK St. Anthony, SMK Horley Methodist, SMK Seri Perak, SMK Seri Kandi, SMK Seri Setia, SMK San Min, SMK Raja Muda Musa, SMK Abdul Rahman Talib, SMK Kampung Bahagia, SMK Sungai Manik, SMK Sultan Abdullah, SMK Dato Sagor, SMK Sultan Abdul Aziz and Kolej Vokasional Teluk Intan.

EXHIBITORS

• Overseas Higher Education Institutions 
• Educational services organizations 
• Further Study Interlligence (FSI Center)

Note: Only 35 exhibition counters due to space constraints.

VISITORS
Approximately 650 Form 5 students (Science: 300; Commerce: 350) from the above schools will attend, with an estimated demographic of 40% Chinese, 40% Malay and 20% Indian. MGKK will arrange bus transportation for students to the venue. School leavers & parents are also welcome to join the fair.

PAYMENT
All payments must be made payable to Merdeka University Berhad before the due date. If payment is not made after the due date, the registration may be void without further notice.

For late registration payment, please make your payment in full at the Secretariat on your arrival. Full payment is required before you are allocated a counter.

Note: Please transfer or deposit the payment to Merdeka University Berhad (PBB 3224487721).

TERM of PAYMENT

1. Register in 60 days or more from the event date will be due in 30 days (regardless the event date). 
2. Register in 59 to 35 days from the event date will be due in 30 days from the event
3. Register in 34 days or less from the event date will be due in 5 days or on the event date (whichever earlier).

FACILITIES
Each exhibitor will be provided with a counter (approx. 2’ x 6’), which will be completed with table cloth, 6 chairs, and refreshments throughout the event. Exhibitions will be held at the premises provided by the school, such as the school hall, classrooms, etc. The conditions of exhibition premises might be different from one school to another. 

POWER SUPPLY
Power points can be installed at the counter upon request of the exhibitors; a handling fee of RM20 per set per venue will be charged to the exhibitors. (No private extension cable is allowed). Please visit www.fsievents.com.myfor additional requests for power supply.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT TIME 
All exhibitors may move in at 7.30 am on the event date and move out by 12.30 pm on the same day.*

ALLOCATION OF COUNTER
All exhibitors will be assigned their exhibition counters in advance by country and type of program (Academic/TVET) and alphabetical order. Each counter is permitted to have a maximum of THREE representatives only.

REFRESHMENT
Refreshments are available from 8.30 am.*

CANCELLATION
If any of the scheduled events have to be canceled, FSI will inform all exhibitors as soon as the cancellation is confirmed and will refund all exhibitors in full.

WITHDRAWAL
75% of the exhibition fee will be refunded to all withdrawals made 14 days or more from the event date. NO REFUND will be given if the withdrawal is made less than 14 days from the event date. Please visit www.fsievents.com.my for all withdrawals. 

CONFIRMATION NOTICE
All exhibitors will receive a confirmation notice upon payment. Please bring along the confirmation notice to the event(s) for verification (if needed).
