Navigator Further Study Counseling & Education Fair 2023 (Physical)
Terms & Conditions
OBJECTIVE
To provide information and counseling on further education for upper-secondary students, especially SPM, UEC and STPM students.
ORGANISER
The event is jointly organised by Further Study Intelligence (FSI Center) and participated in secondary schools.

Due to the constraint of space, the number of participants is limited (Please refer to the event schedule for details).
VISITORS
Form 4, 5 and 6 or SM 2 and SM 3 students from the participating schools (Please refer to the event schedule for details). Parents, school leavers and students from other schools will be also invited in some venues (refer www.fsievents.com.myor call FSI Center for further information).

EXHIBITION FEE
RM500.00 for FSI Network members; RM600.00 for non-members.
Note: Advertiser who takes up a minimum of one full-page advertisement or participates in FSI Online Education Fair for a year or any advertisement spending of RM3000 and more on any of the FSI websites OR exhibitor who signs up 10 events in NAVIGATOR Further Study Counseling & Education Fair or 4 events in FSI Education Roadshow will be eligible for FSI Network membership for 12 month and enjoy the member privileges and benefits (Event category). PAYMENT
All payment must be made payable to FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. before the due date. If payment is not made after the due date, the registration may be void without further notice.
For late registration payment, please make your payment in full at the Secretariat on your arrival. Full payment is required before you are allocated a counter.
TERM of PAYMENT
- Register in 60 days or more from the event date will be due in 30 days (regardless the event date).
- Register in 59 to 35 days from the event date will be due in 30 days from the event
- Register in 34 days or less from the event date will be due in 5 days or on the event date (whichever earlier).
FACILITIES
Each exhibitor will be provided with a counter (approx. 2’ x 8’) completed with table cloth and skirting, 6 chairs and refreshments throughout the event. Exhibitions will be held at the premise provided by the school, such as school hall, classrooms etc. The conditions of exhibition premises might be different from one school to another.
POWER SUPPLY
Power points can be installed at the counter upon request of the exhibitors; a handling fee of RM20 per set per venue will be charged to the exhibitors. (No private extension cable is allowed). Please visit www.fsievents.com.myfor additional request of power supply.
MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT TIME
All exhibitors may move-in at 8.00am on the event date and move-out by 1.30pm on the same day.
ALLOCATION OF COUNTER
All exhibitors will draw a number to decide the location of counter upon registration on the event date.
REFRESHMENT
Refreshments are available from 9.00am.
CANCELLATION
If any of the scheduled events has to be canceled, FSI Center will inform all exhibitors as soon as the cancellation is confirmed; and will refund all exhibitors in full.
WITHDRAWAL
75% of the exhibition fee will be refunded to all withdrawal made 14 days or more from the event date. NO REFUND will be given if the withdrawal is made less than 14 days from the event date. Please visit www.fsievents.com.myfor all withdrawal.
SWITCHING
All exhibitors may switch among the events within the same type of event on 14 days or more from the event date; no switching is allowed if it is less than 14 days from the event date. Please visit www.fsievents.com.my for all switching.
CONFIRMATION NOTICE
All exhibitors will receive confirmation notice upon payment received. Please bring along the confirmation notice to the event(s) for verification (if needed).
