FSI Education Roadshow January 2022

Terms & Conditions

What are the OBJECTIVES?

• To provide information and counseling on higher education for SPM, UEC and STPM school leavers.

• To provide opportunity for the higher education institutions to invite the school leavers to register with their programmes.

 

Who is the ORGANISER?

Further Study Intelligence (FSI Center) - your friendly educational events organizer since 1998.

 

Who are the EXHIBITORS?

• Local Higher Education Institutions

• Overseas Higher Education Institutions

• Educational Services Organisations

 

Who are the VISITORS?

• Readers of FSI publications, users of Further Study Interactive (www.fsi.com.my).

• School leavers from FSI School Education Fair 2021 held earlier this year.

• School leavers from other secondary schools (SMK, SMJK & Independent Chinese secondary schools).

• Parents, teachers and all public.

NOTE: In order to maintain the quality of your meeting with the students and ensure your benefit as an exhibitor, all students will pre-register to the exhibitors of their interest. We will inform you of the actual number of visitors (students) based on the pre-registration. You have the option to withdraw from any of the events in the case that there are no visitors or you are not happy with the number of visitors after the pre-registration of visitors. And we shall refund you in full for the withdrawal.

How to REGISTER?

Log on to www.fsievents.com.my to make the online registration:

1. Check out all the details about the events on FSI Event Management Website (www.fsievents.com.my)

2. Select the interested events

3. Log in to your Registration site

4. Register for the events and also make additional request (if necessary).

5. Receive invoices via e-mail instantly

6. Receive official receipt upon payment made.

7. Receive confirmation notice one month before the events via e-mail and fax.

If no payment is received after the due date, FSI Center has the right to release the exhibition booking to other exhibitors.

 

How much is the EXHIBITION FEE?

●      FSI Network members:

1. Full Package rate RM 15,000.00 (8 Venues + 2 days Zoom ) ;
2. RM1,600.00 (per venue per day);

                 

●      Non-member:

1. Full Package rate RM 17,000.00 (8 Venues + 2 days Zoom ) ;

2. RM1,800.00 (per venue per day)

How to make the PAYMENT?

All payment must be made payable to FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. before the due date. If payment is not made after the due date, the registration may be void without further notice.

 

When should we make the PAYMENT?

1. Register in 60 days or more from the event date will be due in 30 days (regardless the event date).

2. Register in 59 to 35 days from the event date will be due in 30 days from the event

3. Register in 34 days or less from the event date will be due in 5 days or on the event date (whichever earlier).

 

What are the FACILITIES?

Each exhibitor will be provided with one 3’x6’counter completed with table cloth and skirting and six chairs. Coffee and tea will be served at 3pm at each venue.

If power supply is needed, please make your additional order online or indicate in the registration form.

 

When to MOVE IN / MOVE OUT?

For Physical : All exhibitors may move in at 11.00am on the event date and move out before 5.30pm on the same day.

For Zoom : All exhibitors may log in at 8.30am on the event date and log out at 6.00pm on the same day.

 

Where is the POSITION of COUNTER?

All exhibitors will draw a number to decide the position of the counter at the Secretariat on the event date.

 

If we CANCEL the events…

If any of the scheduled events has to be cancelled, FSI Center will inform all exhibitors as soon as the cancellation are confirmed; and will refund all exhibitors in full.

 

If you wish to WITHDRAW…

75% of the exhibition fee will be refunded to all withdrawals made 14 days or more from the event date.

NO REFUND will be given if the withdrawal is made less than 14 days from the event date

Withdrawal may be done online, please visitwww.fsievents.com.my for a better and faster service.

NOTE: Despite the clauses above, you have the option to withdraw from any of the events in the case that there are no visitors or you are not happy with the number of visitors after the pre-registration of visitors. And we shall refund you in full for the withdrawal.

 

If you wish to SWITCH…

All exhibitors may switch among the events within the same type of event on 14 days or more from the event date; no switching is allowed if it is less than 14 days from the event date.

Switching may be done online, please visitwww.fsievents.com.my for a better and faster service.

 

CONFIRMATION NOTICE

All exhibitors will receive the confirmation notice 14 days prior to the events. Please bring along the confirmation notice to the event(s) for verification (if needed).
