FSI NAVIGATOR Further Study Counseling & Education Smart Fair 

Terms & Conditions

OBJECTIVE   

To provide the graduating students in secondary schools with further study information and counseling despite the pandemic situation for helping them to make decisions on their further education and careers.

ORGANISER

The event is jointly organised by Further Study Intelligence (FSI Center) and the participating secondary schools.

  • Overseas Higher Education Institutions

  • Education services organisations

  • Further Study Intelligence (FSI Center)

*Due to the constraint of space, the event is limited to 45 rooms only !

NOTE: In order to maintain the quality of your meeting with the students and ensure your benefit as an exhibitor, all students will pre-register to the exhibitors of their interest. We will inform you of the actual number of visitors (students) based on the pre-registration. You have the option to withdraw from any of the events in the case that there are no visitors or you are not happy with the number of visitors after the pre-registration of visitors. And we shall refund you in full for the withdrawal.

TIME   

9.00am to 1.00pm*

VENUES

The event will be held on the “ZOOM” platform.

NOTE: If the number of pre-registration students is more than 150 persons, each exhibitor will be allocated 2 breakout rooms in separate ZOOM meetings and so on.  Due to the constraint of the Zoom meeting, Only ONE representative from each exhibitor is allowed in the breakout room.

EXHIBITION FEE

RM450.00 for FSI Network members; RM550.00 for non-members.

BEFORE & AFTER EVENT SERVICE 

As the students will be using FSI Online Education Fair (edufair.fsi.my) as the tool for the pre-registration to the exhibitor(s) of their interest. All exhibitors are required to subscribe for the service of FSI Online Education Fair basic package at RM1000 for 12 months. If you have been the exhibitor on FSI Online Education Fair, you are all set! 

NOTE: The waiver of RM1000 for FSI Online Education Fair basic package (RM1,000 per year)  or full package (RM10,000 per year) will be given to exhibitors who take up 10 or more events.

PAYMENT

All payment must be made payable to FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. before the due date. If payment is not made after the due date, the registration may be void without further notice.

TERM of PAYMENT

  1. Register in 60 days or more from the event date will be due in 30 days (regardless the event date).

  2. Register in 59 to 35 days from the event date will be due in 30 days from the event

  3. Register in 34 days or less from the event date will be due in 5 days or on the event date (whichever earlier).

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT TIME

All exhibitors may log-in to ZOOM at 8.00am on the event date and log-out by 1.30pm on the same day.

CANCELLATION

If any of the scheduled events has to be cancelled, FSI Center will inform all exhibitors as soon as the cancellation is confirmed; and will refund all exhibitors in full.

WITHDRAWAL

75% of the exhibition fee will be refunded to all withdrawal made 14 days or more from the event date.

NO REFUND will be given if the withdrawal is made less than 14 days from the event date

NOTE:Despite the clauses above, you have the option to withdraw from any of the events in the case that there are no visitors or you are not happy with the number of visitors after the pre-registration of visitors. And we shall refund you in full for the withdrawal.

SWITCHING

All exhibitors may switch among the events within the same type of event on 14 days or more from the event date; no switching is allowed if it is less than 14 days from the event date.

CONFIRMATION NOTICE

All exhibitors will receive the confirmation notice upon payment received and one week prior to the events. Please use the ZOOM link provided on confirmation notice to log on to the event(s).
